Enjoy a Reading with Author W.D. Blackmon
W.D. Blackmon, head of the Missouri State University English Department, will be the Library's featured guest when he reads from his new book, "Blood and Milk: A Novel in Stories," published by Et Alia Press, Little Rock, Ark.
Blackmon, who also teaches fiction writing classes, will read at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 15, in the auditorium at the Library Center. The public is invited to this free event. Books will be available for purchase.
His short stories have appeared in publications such as the Associated Writing Programs' Intro series, "The Kansas Quarterly," "The Mississippi Review," "Short Story," "The Carolina Quarterly," and the "Western Humanities Review."
