Perry Posey “Buffalo Gal” Book Signing Nov. 17 at Library Station

Perry Posey will sell and sign copies of his first novel, “Buffalo Gal,” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, in the foyer at the Library Station, 2535 N. Kansas Expressway.

Posey describes “Buffalo Gal” as an inspirational love story. The rich city boy meets the poor Indian girl—Buffalo Gal. They meet in their young years and make a blood covenant that no one or anything can ever come between them.

A carpenter for most of his life, the first-time author learned to type in his 70s and typed this novel and four other manuscripts on the public computers at the Library Station.

Vickie Hicks is community relations director for the Springfield-Greene County Library District. She can be reached at vickieh@thelibrary.org.
