We've Got it All: Christmas Music & Game Night at Mother's
What are the holidays without a little mood music and evening fun? The Library has both for you this week!
At 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, drop by the Midtown Carnegie Branch to hear the annual concert by the Courthouse Chorale. When they’re not singing holiday music in the atriums and rotundas of area government buildings, members of this vocal ensemble include county and city elected officials and employees.
For something totally different, try Library Game Night at Mother’s at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 18 at Mother’s Brewing Co., 215 S. Grant Ave. If you’re 21 and older, gather at Mother’s Tasting Room with library staffers to show off your literary knowledge over a pint of your favorite craft beer.
