We're Moving!
Renovation of the Brentwood Branch will begin soon, so we will close the branch at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 16. Programs and meetings planned in the community room will be accessible through April 30.
That will give us time to move out the collection and offices, and set up our temporary home at 2720 S. Glenstone Ave., in the Brentwood Shopping Center.
The site will open the first week of May with some of your favorite Brentwood Branch staff. Service will be limited: You’ll be able to pick up items on hold and return them; peruse a small collection of new books, large-print books, magazines and children's toys; and check out and use Library Chromebooks at study tables and chairs.
Hours of operation are expected to be 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
The Brentwood renovation is expected to be finished by December 2016, when everyone will be invited to a grand re-opening celebration.
