Repair or Replace?
To find out how much a vehicle is worth, you can check price guides from the N.A.D.A. (National Automobile Dealers Assoc.) on their web site or in one of their printed guides at the Library. Other important information such as the EPA's Fuel Economy Guide is also available online or in print.
Repair information can be found in our large collection of repair manuals at the Library Station on North Kansas Expressway and in smaller collections at other branches.
We also provide access to Auto Repair Reference Center* a computer database containing repair procedures, wiring diagrams, and more for many different makes and models of cars and trucks. You can use it at any library branch or, if you have a library card, connect over the internet from home, work, or wherever you are.
