All Library branches will be closed and the Mobile Library will not make its regularly scheduled stops on Monday, May 29, for Memorial Day.

ARTICLE_TEXT <p>The <a href="http://thelibrary.org/focus/">Community Focus 2009</a> report&nbsp;was funded by, and is a cooperative effort between, the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Springfield-Greene County Library District, Junior League of Springfield, United Way of the Ozarks and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.&nbsp;</p> <p>The report provides an objective assessment of Springfield and Greene County, and assigns &ldquo;red flags&rdquo; and &ldquo;blue ribbons&rdquo; to various indicators of the community&rsquo;s health and vitality. Community Focus 2009

The Community Focus 2009 report was funded by, and is a cooperative effort between, the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Springfield-Greene County Library District, Junior League of Springfield, United Way of the Ozarks and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
