Earlier this year, the President initiated a program that offered every federal employee a chance to submit their ideas for how government can function better while being fiscally smart. It was called the SAVE Award and in just a few weeks, over 38,000 federal employees submitted their ideas.
Staff at the White House then narrowed it down to the four best ideas based on a specific set of criteria. Now, President Obama is turning to you, the American public, to vote for the best idea to improve our current state of affairs. View the ideas and vote by clicking here now through December 10 at midnight.
Whichever idea wins the most votes will be included in the FY2011 Budget.
