From "Bias" magazine December 9, 1952, front cover and page 27.

"Seldom had the Public Library's Story Hour for grade school children drawn a better house than it did last Wednesday afternoon when W. A. Lemons' troupe of Boy Scout and Cub Scout Indian dancers was scheduled to perform.  With some re-arranging of the audience, however, Mr. Lemmons and the Scouts mangaged to make enough room to put on their dances, and Bias' cameraman, peering over eager childrens' shoulders got the picture on today's cover and the one above.  The dancers on the cover [above left] whose faces show are (left to right) Mike Walsh, Fritz Shaeffer and Harold Compton, the deer-horned medicine man.

"The dancers in the picture on this page [left] are (left to right) Al Lemons, Sioux medicine man; Mike Burns, Iriquois warrior,; Bob Schrader, in Oklahoma sunburst costume; Dan Dennehy, Sioux; Harvey Huxon, Iriquois, and (back to camera) Harold Compton.  The dancers were organized in 1951 and now include Scouts from Troops 18, 11, 4, 8, 10, 5, 16 and 1, and Cubs from Packs 1,2,14,16 and 18.  Only a small part of the entire group danced at the library.  The Indians have danced for a number of orgaizations and schools here.  Their next appearance will be as part of a show at the Star Roll Arena December 14,15 and 16."
