The Missouri State Supreme Court Library contains more than 110,000 volumes, including decisions of state and federal courts as well as state and federal administrative agencies; Missouri Approved Jury Instructions; state and federal statutes; legal periodicals and treatises. The library is a selective government depository. The library offers reference services for members of the bench and legislature. The Library is also open to the public.

The Supreme Court Library staff is available to assist the public in locating documents from specific citations to law-related materials. The Library staff is not authorized to perform legal research in response to legal questions from the public.
