In 1967, a group of Kewpie Doll collectors met for a week in Branson, the town closest to Rose O’Neill’s home, Bonniebrook – the week was named “Kewpiesta”, and soon evolved into a yearly convention. Kewpiesta takes place on the third weekend of April (Friday through Sunday). Kewpie fans from all over the United States and other countries attend.
