AOL Internet Service users may have difficulties with the following services on COOLcat and the Library web site:

One frequent error message is "Validation has expired".
To use any of the functions listed above, you will need to download a browser other than AOL, such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer. Follow the instructions for downloading and installing the browser on your computer. If you have problems downloading and installing, please contact your Internet Service Provider.
Once you have the browser installed on your computer:
Connect to the Internet as usual.
Open the non-AOL browser. DO NOT close the AOL browser or disconnect from AOL. The AOL browser will still run in the background while you maintain your connection to AOL.
