
A part-time "Summer Reading to Go" Temporary Outreach Youth Assistant position is available in the Outreach Services Department at the Library Center. This is a grant-funded, part-time, temporary position. Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday, primarily days, and one evening per week (Tuesday or Thursday) required during the summer. This position will work approximately 5 hours per week March 25-May 17, 2013, to assist with summer program preparations, and increase to 30 hours per week for 12 weeks, May 20-August 9, 2013. As a condition of employment, work schedules may change as necessary to best provide user services and to meet the Library’s responsibility to the citizens of Greene County. This position also requires a source of reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of vehicle insurance, as daily use of a personal vehicle is necessary. Mileage reimbursement will be provided. The positions pay $9.45 per hour and will be posted until the application deadline of March 15.
