Two wheelchair patients received congratulations and purple heart awards during a ceremony on the hospital grounds. The patient on the left obviously suffered severe face and neck injuries, and had a tracheotomy. These two men are also in photo R0070 and in photo R0075. Undated. (SIGNAL CORPS Mis-114)
