Want any information on Isaac Newton BLEDSOE and his wife Sarah SHUMATE Bledsoe who were living a few miles north of Galena in Stone County, Missouri, at the time of the 1860 census. From the 1860 census I learned he was b. in Tennessee, in 1821 and his wife was b. in Missouri in 1827 or 1828. Would also appreciate information on Hardin Bledsoe who was living in Taney County, Missouri, in the 1840 Census. Isaac and Hardin were brothers. If any descendants of Great Uncle Hardin Bledsoe are living in that area, wish they would write to me. I am trying to put together in booklet form all records that I can gather on the families of Isaac and Hardin Bledsoe who came to Missouri in the very early days from Tennessee. (What place in Tennessee?)
