The President Announces a Meeting of the
White River Valley Historical Society

Col. Albert Cummings, president of the White River Valley Historical Society, announces a meeting of the membership to be held on Friday Evening, August 29, in the Dining Room of the School of the Ozarks. Dinner will be served at 6:45 o'clock.

Reservations accompanied by two dollars must be made prior to Wednesday, August 27. The reservations, accompanied by two dollars must be made to Colonel Albert Cummings, Box 7, School of the Ozarks, Point Lookout, Missouri.

Following the dinner, officers for the society will be elected. The President appointed as members of the nominating committee: Mr. John Davidson, Dr. Robert M. Good, and Dr. O. Myking Mehus, chairman. The president promises a program with an excellent speaker for entertainment.
