Sympathy is extended to several of our members who have lost loved ones recently--Mrs. Irene Milton of Fulton, KS lost her spouse, Mrs. Hazel Bright of Santa Maria, CA the same, E. Pauline Boss of Forsyth, death of spouse, and Mrs. Rapue of St. Joseph, MO has lost her brother.
Lucille A. Brown writes from daughter Pat Kregars home in San Diego that Hazel Hilton Bright received a tick bite while visiting relatives in Oklahoma. She developed spotted tick fever after returning home and was a very sick lady. We wish her a complete recovery.
Lucille also writes about the time she and her sister, Mary Ernest of Golden City, MO were visiting Irene Milton at Fulton, KS when some strange ladies came to the door. "To our surprise it was Hazel Hilton Bright and a friend who had gone to high school with Irene and Mary at Spokane," says Lucille.
