David Jackson, b 26 Feb. 1851, Taney Co., MO, died 29 Nov. 1937, Bartlett, Bell Co., Texas. Buried in Jackson Cemetery on Jackson "Old Place" near Bartlett, Texas.
David Jackson was born 26 February 1851 in Taney Co., Mo., and died 29 November 1937, Bartlett, Bell Co., Texas. On 9 September 1872 Marion Co., Arkansas, he married Emily Alice Noe, b 19 March 1872 and died 22 March 1936 Bartlett, Texas. He was the son of David Jackson, b ca 1800 N. C. and his second wife, Pinnina Brown b 23 August 1807 N. C. In Lincoln Co, Tenn., in 1830, David, 1 male under 5, 1 male 20-30, 1 female under 5 and one adult 20-30 female are listed in the census. In 1840, they are listed in the Taney Co., Mo., census. Emily Alice Noe was the third child of Andrew Jackson Noe and his first wife Jane Hathaway MoyerslMyers. A. J. Noe was born in Lee Co., Va., 19 July 1823, a son of Charles and Jane (Dunlap) Noe, and Jane was born ca 1834, Wythe Co., Va., and died ca 1862-63 in Springfield, Mo. A. J. died in 1899 in Marion Co., Ark. She was a daughter of Michael and Margaret (Phipps) Moyers/Myers, and a granddaughter of Peter, 1755-18 17, and Catherine Moyers. (Peter was in the Revolutionary War.)
David and Emily Jackson had 13 children all born in Marion Co., Ark. In 1901, they moved to Coweta, Oklahoma, and lived there until 1907 when they moved to Bartlett, Bell Co., Texas, and lived the rest of their lives there.

Emily Alice Noe, b 19 March 1856, Marion Co., Ark., died 22 March 1936, Bartlett, Bell Co., Texas, married 9 Sept. 1872 Marion Co., Ark., David Jackson, 1851-1937. Both buried Jackson Cemetery on the Jackson "Old Place," northeast of Bartlett, Texas.
Thomas Stanford Noe, b 10 April 1858, Marion Co., Ark., died 31 March 1941 Searcy Co., Ark., married (1) Rachel Kimble, 1852 Searcy Co., Ark., died 8 Oct. 1918, Marion Co., Ark. Parents of 12 children; and (2) Jane Hollis Mathes.
Eva, b 1860, Marion Co., Ark., married (1) George Harris and (2) James Forrest.
Sarah Jane, b Marion Co., Ark.. ca 1865, d 1950 Bartlett, Texas, married Richard T. Tatum. Both buried Donahoe, Texas Cemetery. (Donahoe is a small village near Bartlett, Texas
Those of you who have a copy of Earl Berrys book "History of Marion County" might like to make the following corrections. Pages 166 and 167: Henderson Fee was born 27 March 1820 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He married Margaret "Peggy" Moyers/Myers in
Breathitt Co., Kentucky, 25 November 1845. Margaret was born 20 December 1825, Wythe Co., Virginia. Henderson was the son of David Fee and Lucy Noe, b ca 1791, a daughter of John and Charlotte Noe. The marriage license of Henderson and Margaret and their family Bible is still in existence. The group who came from Breathitt Co., Kentucky, to Marion Co., Ark., arrived 15 March 1851. Michael Moyers/Myers, son on Peter and Catherine Moyers, died on the way and was buried in Buffalo City, Arkansas.
Page 227: Thomas Stanford Noe, 1856-1941, and his first wife, Rachel Kimble were parents of 12 children. Their two oldest sons, Thomas Frank and Ed died when quite small, and an infant son died after a few hours of birth. Thomas second wife was Jane Hollis Mathes of Searcy Co., Ark. Retta married Walter Covington; Matilda m. Dan Vancil and Charles Estes; Frankie Edwin married George W. Jackson; Myrtle Jane married Grover Peregrine White and 2) Will Dampf; Virgie Virginia m. Kenneth Bryan; Rachel Pearl m. Roy Valentine Hunter and Charles Martin Noe never married.

Frankie Edwin Noe Jackson taught school in Yellville, Arkansas, in 1907-1908. She was my mother. My parents were first cousins.
Page 225: The McCoy-Hatfield feud was not fought in Harlan Co., Kentucky. The feud referred to here is the Howard-Turner feud in Lee Co., Va., and Harlan Co., Kentucky. These two counties adjoin one another.
