August 2, 1850 - In Vacation

James M. Rodgers Plaintiff
vs                                                   Appeal J.P.
Benj. Alsup and B. Vineyard Defendants
Now at this day come the Plaintiff in this cause and says he will no further prosecute his said suit but will dismiss the same and leave is hereby given him to withdraw the instrument sued on.

Oct 19, 1850. - In Vacation
Barton L. Wilson Plaintiff
against                                                   Civil Action
John DeBruin Defendant
Now at this day comes John DeBruin, Defendant in this cause, before Joshua Davis Clerk of Greene County Circuit Court and confessed a Judgment to the said Plaintiff for the sum of $575 debt and $27.75 damages together with his costs in this behalf expended.

November 19th 1850 - in vacation
The Bank of Missouri Plaintiff
against                                                   Civil Action
John W. Richardson Defendant
Now at this day comes John W. Richardson, the Defendant in this cause, before Joshua Davis, Clerk of Greene County Circuit Court, and confessed a Judgment to the said Plaintiff for the sum of $300 debt and $9 damages together with her costs and charges in this behalf expended.
