Ursula Gorman “Old Acquaintances” and “The Best of Us” Book Signing April 13 at Library Center

April 10, 2013 — Author Ursula Gorman will sell and sign copies of her books, “Old Acquaintances” and “The Best of Us,” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, in the Library Center concourse, 4653 S. Campbell Ave.

In “Old Acquaintances,” Rissa is confronted by an unknown enemy that turns her life into a living nightmare. She tries to convince herself that everything happening around her is just coincidence, but she can’t fool herself for long. When horrible things keep happening, she turns to her best friend Matt for help. But who can she turn to when he suddenly jumps to the top of the suspect list?

In “The Best of Us,” eight years have passed since Daniel took his sister’s best friend Carly to prom. Fate brings them together once again as their hometown struggles with a tragedy that the two must work together to solve.
