September 29, 2016 — Debbie Ridpath OhiPublisher’s Weekly describes the children’s tale, “Where Are My Books?” as “A story that should quickly find its way into the hearts of book lovers of all ages.” On Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 7-7:30 p.m., in the Library Center auditorium, the book’s author/illustrator Debbie Ridpath Ohi will talk about her work as a writer and illustrator.

Ohi’s clever illustrations appear in books by Judy Blume, and in Michael Ian Black’s book “Naked!”, winner of the 2015 Missouri Building Block Picture Book Award, and illustrated the Building Block nominee, “I’m Bored.”

Her most recent book illustration projects include the 2016 “Ruby Rose, Off to School She Goes” by Rob Sanders, and the “Mitzi Tulane, Preschool Detective” 2016 series by Lauren McLaughlin.
