We also offer Computer-Instructed Keyboarding to help you gain new typing skills or improve the skills you already have.

  • "Choose Kindness" Postcard Art Competition
    for grades 6-12.
    How does it feel to be bullied? Or to watch someone getting picked on? Here’s a chance to express your feelings through art about how we should be treating each other. Pick up an entry form at any Library branch and use any media (paint, collage, cut paper, etc.) to create a piece of postcard art. Submit your postcard to any branch by October 20. The final pieces will be displayed on our Tumblr page and at the Brentwood Branch Library during "An Evening with Tina Meier." Winner will receive a certificate and a $20 Hobby Lobby gift card. A National Bullying Prevention Month event.

    Begin October with a roar! Stop in anytime to make monster accessories for your monster transformation, including shoes, tails and hair. Join us for a special Racing to Read Storytime at 11 a.m. to listen to monster books and get the costume-wearing started. Materials will be provided.
