    Learn to save, organize, copy, move, rename, delete, find and manage files and folders on your computer or external storage device. Prerequisites: Computer Skills II or experience using keyboard and mouse. Registration starts April 1; call 865-1340.

    Library Station
    10 a.m. in the Story Hour Room for infants-36 months.
    Our interactive storytimes introduce young children to books, reading and language with stories, songs and activities. Parents learn fun ways to build the early literacy skills their children need to learn to read.
  • Library Station - Edge Mobile Class: Learn it! Self-Paced Tutorials
    Library Station
    1-3 p.m. in the Frisco Room for adults.
    You can choose what you want to learn and go at your own speed with our self-paced tutorials. We provide the computer and you select from a wide variety of lessons designed specifically for individual learning. Topics include basic skills, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Gmail, Photoshop and more. Both interactive and video tutorials are available to fit your learning style. We also offer computer-instructed keyboarding lessons to help you learn to type or improve your typing skills. Prerequisites: Some experience using keyboard and mouse. Registration starts April 1; call 865-1340.
  • Library Center - Genealogy Workshop

    7 p.m. in the auditorium for adults.
    Sponsored by Ozarks Genealogical Society. Organization in the Digital Age. Organizing genealogical research can seem like a daunting task but is essential for efficient research. Library staff member Patti Hobbs, a Certified Genealogist, will discuss digital methods for tracking genealogical information, keeping track of research performed and organizing digital copies of original records..

    Learn about the new Windows 10 operating system including features like Task View, Virtual Desktop, and Cortana. Explore the Start menu and Settings menu, and use File Explorer to manage, move, and rename files and folders. Use tiles to launch apps and to access other programs on the computer. Learn to use the Edge browser to surf the Internet. Prerequisites: Experience using keyboard and mouse. Registration starts April 1; call 882-0714.
