Join Mudhouse owners Brian King and Rob Weislocher and other area chefs from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, in the Mudhouse at the Library Center, when they demonstrate and talk about some of the fantastic recipes they contributed to “Taste of Springfield—A Collection of Restaurant Recipes from the Queen City of the Ozarks.”

Featuring over 200 recipes from locally owned restaurants, “Taste of Springfield” would make an ideal and economical gift for that friend or loved one who used to call the Ozarks home, always wants to cook dishes from their favorite restaurants or simply enjoys cooking—and eating! Copies of the cookbook will be available for purchase and you can get them autographed by the chefs at the event.

Published locally by JE Cornwell, a portion of the sales from “Taste of Springfield” will benefit the Library and Springfield’s Urban Districts Alliance.
