A Sing & Rhyme Activity for Babies

Animal Sounds

Sing & Rhyme Play with sounds, songs and rhymes.

Animal Sounds

Have fun making animal sounds with baby! Point to pictures of farm animals and use your most animated voice to make the sounds. Do the same with pictures of other animals.

Five Little Ducks

Five little ducks went out one day, (hold up five fingers)
Over the hill and far away. (hide fingers behind back)
Mother Duck said, “Quack, quack, quack, quack,” (open and close hand like a duck bill)
But only four little ducks came back. (hold up four fingers)

Repeat until there are no more ducks and for the last line sing:

And all of her five little ducks came back!
