Love Books Have fun reading books you and your child enjoy.

PLAY

Turn the Pages

You may notice that your growing baby grabs books from your hands when you sit down to read. This is wonderful! It means your little one enjoys books and wants to explore them on his or her own. Keep sturdy board books, cloth books or vinyl books down where baby can play and explore any time. They may get chewed on, but your baby is developing a love of books!

SING

Hickory Dickory Dock

Hickory Dickory Dock,
The mouse ran up the clock. (Walk two fingers up baby's arm)
The clock struck one; (Kiss baby on the nose)
The mouse ran down. (Run two fingers back down baby's arm)
Hickory dickory dock.
