Mika Logan, a native of Japan, studied at the Yokohama Gaigo College, Sodo Kimono School and Sogetsu Ikebana School. She served as an art instructor at the Yokosuka International Association for Japanese Culture before moving to the United States in 2003. Logan has served as the education assistant for the Springfield Regional Arts Council and has helped coordinate and instruct for the Arts in the Park Summer Workshops project since 2005.
Danny Dye is graphic designer for the Springfield-Greene County Library District, a position he has held for almost 30 years. He has also worked as an illustrator and cartoonist. He likes robots, monkeys and spicy food.
Joey Borovicka was born in Springfield and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Missouri State University and his Master of Fine Arts in Painting from Indiana University in Bloomington. He is an adjunct instructor in the Art and Design Department at Missouri State University and has worked at the Library Center for the past five years.
