Meet the Judges

David L. Harrison

David Harrison has written 80 books, the latest of which is "Mammoth Bones and Broken Stones." He has received awards for more than 13 of his published titles.

Kate Klise

Kate Klise is the author of 18 books for children and young adults and has collaborated with her sister, artist Sarah Klise, on several of them. Her titles reguarly appear on children's choice state reading lists and have won a number of awards. Kate's newest title, "Grounded," is set for release in November. Kate lives in Norwood, Missouri. Holly Schindler

Holly Schindler's first published novel, "A Blue So Dark," has received exceptional reviews and was recently named to Booklist's Top 10 New Novels for Youth.
