Get Homework and Research Help When You Need It at thelibrary.org
Librarians love author Neil Gaiman’s observation, “Google can bring back a hundred thousand answers. A librarian can bring you back the right one.” You’ll find the same right answers on the librarian-tested online resources through the Springfield-Greene County Libraries’ website, thelibrary.org.
Within a few short weeks as students return to school, homework assignments will start rolling in. There will be late night searches for answers. Furrowed brows. Students – and helpful parents – can count on reliable help 24/7 with a library card and the multiple help sites for homework and research papers. They cover everything from biography, history and math, to culture, science and language arts.
They’re kid-tested, too. These online resources got high marks from Republic School District librarians and teachers last year in a pilot project. The Library offered easier, streamlined access to our research sites through virtual Youth Electronic Access card for all students.
Scissors handy? Clip this ready list of homework help sites, and your student will always have a reliable source of ideas, articles, research and maps anytime, with a library card.
