Celebrate International Darwin Day with Family Hands-On Activities
Families with children of all ages are invited to attend Celebrating International Darwin Day: Hands-on Family Activities from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, in the Library Center auditorium, 4653 S. Campbell Ave.
Science lovers of all ages – take some time for a fun, educational experience to see how we know what we know about gene frequency change in populations over time, and learn a bit about the man who started it all, Charles Darwin. How does natural selection work? What other forces drive evolutionary change? Join faculty and students from Missouri State University’s Department of Sociology and Anthropology and Drury University’s Biology Department to celebrate International Darwin Day with hands-on activities.
