Mercy Regional Arthritis Center/Chronic Conditions

Provides free information and self-management classes along with walking programs for people with arthritis and any chronic condition. This would include diabetes, chronic pain, and cancer. The programs can be in-class sessions, on-line, self-led, or group walking plans. They also include skill development in areas such as physical activity, coping with difficult emotions, communication skills, and healthy eating.
