Indie Rock Musician Presents "Musicology" for Teens Sept. 28 and 29

September 24, 2012 — Teens in grades 6-12 can spend an evening talking music with indie rock musician Philip Dickey of Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin and Dragon Inn III.   

Dickey will present Musicology at two library branches:  
• 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 28, in the Santa Fe Room at the Library Station, 2535 N. Kansas Expressway
• 9-10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Library Center , 4653 S. Campbell Ave.

Participants may not leave before 10:30 p.m. unless a parent or guardian picks them up.

Spend an evening talking music with indie rock musician Philip Dickey of Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin and Dragon Inn III. Create and share playlists and get real-world advice on the ins and outs of starting a band, touring, record deals and getting your music licensed.
