Library Gift Shop Plans Sidewalk Sale July 23

Summer is a great time to get a jump on holiday shopping, and the place to do it is at the Between Friends Gift Shop Sidewalk Sale on Thursday, July 23.
The event runs from 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m. in the Library Center meeting room B, 4653 S. Campbell Ave. The Between Friends Gift Shop will also be open and operate normal hours that day, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Everything in the sidewalk sale must go to make room for new fall and holiday inventory. All items will be 50 percent to 75 percent off original prices, giving you great gift bargains for $1-$25. Cash, check & credit cards are accepted.
Sale items include scarves and scarf accents, jewelry, home décor, decorative plates, stationery, note pads, picture frames, journals, tote bags, mugs, messenger bags, paperweights, tablet sleeves, porch banners, inspirational items, baby gifts and more.
The Between Friends Gift Shops at the Library Center, Library Station, and kiosks at the Brentwood and Republic branch libraries feature retail merchandise and items made by Ozarks artists. The online store is at betweenfriendsgiftshops.org. Sales proceeds from the shops provide about $70,000 annually to support the Springfield-Greene County Library District.
