Find Great Bargains at Between Friends Gift Shop Sidewalk Sale July 23 at Library Center

July 16, 2015 — If you’re among the hardy souls who shop all year for holiday gifts, we’ve got a sale for you.

The Between Friends Gift Shop at the Library Center will have a sidewalk sale from 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m. July 23, in meeting room B.

The sale will feature inventory that has to go to make room for the new fall and winter items, says shop volunteer coordinator Michelle Breazeale. Everything is priced from $1 to $25 for the better home décor pieces, representing a 50 percent to 75 percent discount off original prices. The shop accepts cash, check and credit cards with proper ID.

Quantities of some items are limited, but the variety ranges from baby gifts to home décor. You’ll find coffee/tea mugs, stationery, note cards and journals; picture frames, scarves, padded tablet sleeves, inspirational items, porch banners, decorative plates and serving bowls, messenger bags, jewelry, tote bags and more.

Any time of the year, you can find gifts for all ages and pre-read books at the Library Center shop from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 1-4:30 p.m. Sundays; or at the Library Station from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday. The Brentwood and Republic branches also have a limited collection of items at their kiosk-style shops. Shop online, too, at betweenfriendsgiftshops.org. Questions? Call 883-6936.
