Holiday Store for Kids Opens Dec. 1 -- Where Kids Go To Shop!
October 25, 2018 — Kids love giving holiday gifts that they’ve bought all by themselves, and the can find the perfect gifts – and kid-friendly prices – for family, friends and teachers at the Library’s annual Holiday Store. You can find a Holiday Store at six branches this year!
The Between Friends Gift Shop staff has selected useful and fun items priced from 25 cents to $10, and created “stores” within the library branches where children of all ages up to 18 can shop. Bring your gift list, and a Library volunteers will help each child find the perfect gift for everyone on the list, stay within budget and wrap and tag the gifts. Parents and siblings are welcome to help, too!
Items include jewelry, lotions, mugs, toys, stuffed animals, holiday ornaments, keychains and lots of items for the guys and gals on everyone’s list. Don’t forget the family pets!
Proceeds from the Holiday Store support Library programs.
While you’re shopping at the Holiday Store, drop by the Holiday Open House events for all ages at each branch. Make memories while you enjoy holiday festivities with books, crafts, games and activities.
