Martha Hines-Templeton “Twice a Hero” Book Signing Oct. 19 at Library Station
October 10, 2019 — Martha Hines-Templeton will sell and sign copies of her first book, “Twice a Hero,” from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, in the Library Station foyer, 2535 N. Kansas Expressway.
Ben never dreamed he would become a hero. He was just an ordinary boy, growing up in the late 1800s, who loved to explore Jam-Up Cave, and fish and swim in the Jack’s Fork river. The Ozarks hills were rugged and sparsely populated, not a place you would expect a mystery to develop, but Ben and his brother Ray decide they will try to solve the mystery instead of telling Papa what they found. They unexpectedly find the answer while exploring Jam-Up Cave.
