    Our interactive storytimes introduce young children to books, reading and language with stories, songs and activities. Parents learn fun ways to build the early literacy skills their children need to learn to read.
  • Strafford Branch Library - Branches and Burrows, Seas and Trees!
    3:30 p.m. in the community room for grades K-5.
    Animals find homes in all sorts of places. Dickerson Park Zoo staff will help us determine what makes a habitat, a home. We'll learn what all habitats have in common and even discover how these homes are like our own. Animal friends will be on hand to help us explore different habitats from all over the world!

    Our summer book discussion series will focus on classic short stories that are sure to leave a lasting impression on the reader due to the challenging content explored in each story.
