Kids and teens are invited to create original book-related designs for the 2026 Design-A-Bookmark Contest. Designs should promote reading, libraries and/or books. The winning designs will be printed as colorful bookmarks that will be distributed this year at all Library branches and at community events. Winning entries and runners-up will be posted on the Library’s website for the world to admire.

Contest Rules
  • The design must be your own original creation related to books, libraries or reading. Copyrighted characters of art (such as Batman) will not be considered.

  • All entries must be submitted to any Springfield-Greene County Library or Mobile Library by closing on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Digital entries should be emailed to imagine@thelibrary.org. Originals of digital submissions may be requested.
