Information Please

I am desirous of finding out the names of the parents, brothers and sisters of my great-grandmother, MARY ANN BRANSON LORE, who was born in Gasconade County, Missouri, in 1841. I would like to know the dates of their births, marriages and deaths-and who each of the children married, if possible. She married JAMES E. LORE about 1856 /57, and their children were Sarah E., David, Daniel M., Elizabeth C., Margaret Ruth, Thomas, Martha J., John F., and my grandmother, Minerva Lore.

The JAMES family came from Greene County, Indiana, to Taney County, (that part now Ozark County) prior to 1840. Joseph J. James, born N. C. abt. 1770, married Elizabeth BALLARD. Va., 1796. Children who came to MO.: William, born N. C. 1798, (wife, Sarah FRAZIER); James, b. 1798, (Hannah ARTHUR); Joseph, Jr., b. Tenn. 1800, (Susannah HARLESS); Elizabeth b. abt. 1802 (John Arthur, died in Greene County, Indiana, prior to 1845.) She or her children did not come to Mo. as far- as we know. Rolling, b. 1805, Tenn. (Nancy -, name unknown): Jesse Ballard, b. 1806, Va. (Rebecca GIBSON). Wife Elizabeth died in Tenn., probably, Joseph J. remarried Luzima WILLIAMSON, who came with him to Mo. Their children: John, b. 1816, Ky., (1st Byriah SKIDMORE); Susan, b. 1818, Ind., (David WHITE); Bennett, b. Ohio, 1820; Nancy-whom did she marry, are there descendents known? Joseph J. James died before 1840, as Luzima is listed in 1840 census as head of household. Where is Joseph J. James buried? Where is Luzima buried? Luzima is listed on Bridges Creek in the Taney Co Census. Are they buried on farm they owned? They are not buried in the James family cemetery on North Fork river. Are there any descendants known of Susan James White, wife of David White? Some years back, a family in Springfield told my sister they were related to us through a White family. By the time she thought to tell me, they had moved away. Did Susan's sister, Nancy James marry and settle in Mo.? Are her descendents known? I would like to contact any descendent of this early James family. I have collected much data on this family and will be happy to exchange or share with any descendent. I was born and reared in Bakersfield, Missouri, daughter of Aaron James, son of John James. This James family has been proven in no way related to the James men who were the early-day Missouri criminals.
