Published four times a year for the members of The White River Valley Historical Society, a non profit organization devoted to the preservation of our historical heritage in the upper White River Valley. Any person interested in the history of this region who applies and tenders the annual dues to the Secretary-Treasurer is eligible for membership. Annual dues are $16.00 and all memberships expire June 30. Regardless of when an individual joins, each member is assured four Quarterlies per year. Articles pertaining to the White River Valley and surrounding areas are considered for publication when they involve themes, events, and personalities directly related to the regional history. Family histories and genealogi cal studies will also be considered.
All articles published in the Quarterly may not be published elsewhere without permission of the editor. Only in special circumstances will an article previously published in another magazine or journal be accepted for the Quarterly. Members of WR.V.H.S., the editor and/or contributors are not responsible for errors of fact or judgment in material published in the Quarterly.
