The State Historical Society of Wisconsin is offering a new book, "The President Wore Spats": A Biography of Glen Frank," by Lawrence L. Larsen. The folder says, "The intimate story of the rise and fall of the most colorful pundit and university president of the 1920's. Frank was a Missourian and brother of Judge William T. Frank.
