Harvey Coble was the son of David and Nancy Coble who came to Christian Co., Mo. 1841 from North Carolina. Harvey Coble’s second wife was the widow of William Fields who died May, 1883.
In the EARLY DAY PREACHERS Mr. John Gerten gives an interesting account of Harvey Coble and the old white mule he used to ride. My father remembered that this old mule attained thr ripe old age of 29 years.
