Volume 6, Number 8 - Summer 1978
The committee is still working with Marvin Tong on the "Sabo Stone" story which was mentioned at the March 12 meeting. Since that discussion, it has been learned that there are other stone carvings in the general locality where the Sabo Stone was found. We are currently trying to locate these carvings and when we do well try to get a translation and make a complete report on the entire finding.
In past various individuals have donated certain items to the Society with the intent of having them preserved in either the Societys museum (if one was established) or at the Ralph Foster Museum. During the past year, Ive purchased a complete set of Quarterlys and as time permits, will research each one to try and secure any reference to these donations. This should help the committee locate the donated items and get them transferred to the museum as was the donors intent.
