Galena

Galena, the county seat... There are two churches in Galena, the Methodist and Christian, both having good memberships. A three-year approved high school... draws students from various parts of the county... The Roy Nelson tomato canning factory last year canned about 35 loads of tomatoes. During the canning season which begins about August 10, more than 100 persons are employed.
