Take a StoryWalk®!

It may be chilly but outdoor walks are always wonderful! Bundle up and enjoy a Winter StoryWalk® across our county this winter. StoryWalks® are books displayed page by page along a trail or path and are a fun way for families to enjoy the outdoors and read at the same time. Here are the dates and locations you can catch one:

December 7-20 at Pershing School, 2120 S. Ventura Ave. in Springfield: "Our Little Kitchen" by Jillian Tamaki.

December 21-January 3 at the Ash Grove City Park, 300 W. Parkway St. in Ash Grove: "Over and Under the Snow" by Kate Messner.

January 11-31 at the Jackson Street Park, 222 W. Jackson St. in Willard: "All You Need for a Snowman" by Alice Schertle.

February 1-14 at the J.R. Martin Park, 300 E. Hines St. in Republic: "A Big Mooncake for Little Star" by Grace Lin.

February 15-28 at the J.R. Martin Park, 300 E. Hines St. in Republic: "Have You Heard the Nesting Bird" by Rita Gray.

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellog-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
