Look! Look! Tracks in the snow! The simple refrain in this books encourages kids to guess who made the tracks in the snow. To help them out, the unique illustrations give hints both with the tracks but also with a glimpse of the creature as it walks off the page. Very young children will enjoy the simple rhymes and guessing games, but each animal also includes paragraphs with facts about how the animal prepares for winter and how they leave tracks on the ground. The additional sections are excellent for older children with lots of questions. After enjoying the book together, go on a walk to find tracks in the dirt or mud -- or if we are lucky, in the snow!
