Letters are everywhere, even in our food! Explore letters when you eat by having alphabet soup or making letters out of cookie dough. You can even make magic letters on your child’s toast: use a small brush to write a letter with milk on a piece of bread. Toast the bread and the letter will magically appear!


SING

The Alphabet Song Backwards and Forwards

A-B-C-D-E-F-G, H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P, Q-R-S, T-U-V, W-X-Y-Z.

Now I know my ABC’s,
Next time sing them backwards with me.

Z-Y-X-W-V-U-T, S-R-Q-P-O-N-M, L-K-J, I-H-G, F-E-D, C-B-A.

Now I’ve said my ZYX’s,
