Talk & Read Explore lots of words with your child.

Picture Walk

Grab a book, magazine or even a newspaper and explore the pictures together. Use this opportunity to talk about new things you may not have discussed before. Describe what you see and follow your child's lead. You will find all kinds of things to talk about and build your child's vocabulary at the same time!


SING

'Round and 'Round the Garden Tickle Rhyme

'Round and 'round the garden, [Gently circle your child's belly, back or hand.]

Goes the teddy bear.

One step, two step, [Walk fingers up child's arm.]

Tickle under there! [Tickle under chin.]

Repeat as long as your little one enjoys tickle time!
