Shape Up for the New Year at Republic Branch Library
Self-improvement can happen at anytime, but the start of a new year helps to motivate us to make changes. Start 2012 off right with a program series designed to help you shape up.
Adults are invited to attend one or all three programs scheduled for January at the Republic Branch Library. All sessions begin at 7 p.m.
- January 9: Getting Organized. Get tips on organizing your house, car and life, and write a plan to get organized in the new year.
- January 23: Eating Right. Learn how to eat better with information on basic nutrition and tips on simple ways to eat healthy.
- January 30: Working Out. Learn how to get moving and reach your New Year’s resolution weight loss goal.
