The Gift That Keeps On Giving

If you would like to give a gift that will make a lasting impression, consider giving a book to the Springfield-Greene County Library.

You can donate a book in honor of births, anniversaries, birthdays or any other important occasion. You can donate a specific book or, if you like, we can help you choose a book in a subject area that has special meaning to the recipient. The book can be placed in the circulating collection at any Library branch you wish. A bookplate listing the donor and honoree will be placed in the front of each book.

To give a gift book to the Library, contact Michelle Creed, Foundation Director, (417) 883-5366, ext. 277. We will take all the necessary information and order the book for you. We will send a letter notifying the recipient of your gift and let you know when the book has been processed and placed on the Library’s shelves.
