Tickets on Sale for July 22 Library Night with Springfield Cardinals

June 28, 2010 — The Springfield-Greene County Library District invites everyone to join the staff on July 22 for Library Night at Hammons Field in downtown Springfield.

 All 10 library branches and the Bookmobile are selling discount, $6 tickets to the July 22 matchup between the Springfield Cardinals and the Tulsa Drillers. All seating is in the outfield boxes of Section C. The game begins at 7:10 p.m.  

The public can purchase tickets through July 12 with cash or check payable to Springfield-Greene County Library District.

On Library Night:

• Kids can participate in the pre-game parade around the field. Meet on the stadium patio when gates open at 6:10 p.m.
• Get your picture taken with the giant Library card, and then find yourself on the Library Facebook album, facebook.com/thelibrary.org.
• Eat cheap – it’s $1 brats night.
• Sonic free cherry limeade vouchers will be given to the first 2,000 guests.
